2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. Services
Latent Analytics provides Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), Latent Space Visibility Audits, Custom Data Extraction Scripts, Semantic Architecture Restructuring, Autonomous AI Agent Development, LLM Citation Optimisation, Predictive Data Modelling, and Personalised ML Models. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences.
4. Quotes and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Latent Analytics is not registered for GST; no GST is charged on our services, and no tax invoice will be issued. The prices shown on our website are the total prices you pay. A final quote will be confirmed in writing following an initial consultation. Latent Analytics reserves the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect already-agreed engagements.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is processed securely via PayPal. By making a payment, you acknowledge that your payment data will be processed by PayPal Inc. (a US-based company) and is subject to PayPal’s privacy policy and terms of service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit of 50% is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion. All invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work commences, a full refund of any deposit will be issued within 14 days. If Latent Analytics is unable to deliver agreed services, a pro-rata refund will be provided for work not completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@latentanalytics.com.au. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is the intellectual property of Latent Analytics and protected by copyright law. Any data or materials you provide remain your property; you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for delivering agreed services. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Underlying tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Latent Analytics remain our intellectual property.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Latent Analytics provides services on an “as is” basis and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
11. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, transmit harmful or offensive content, or use automated tools to scrape content without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.

13. Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties may refer the dispute to mediation before commencing legal proceedings.
